It boasts a great and fab location; very pleasant staff to who we believe may have been the Manager.

Location in the centre of the city was a plus. Had lunch/dinner at Mamma Mia, which I found just a short walk away from the hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything you need within walking distance, including shops, bars, restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful...  

Its location was indeed ideal and only 5 minutes walk from Cala Gran. The staff has always been hard-working, and the facilities were very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel considering its price. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The location was perfect, right near the shops in Cala D'or and only a short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large balcony to enjoy the views.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, as it is close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms are basic but very clean, with basic amenities that are perfect for keeping the kids occupied. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, with a coffee table between the two sofa beds and a kitchen area, which is very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed daily as well. The breakfast had a good variety of options, except for cereals.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

We loved the variety of food options, the clean and welcoming pool area, and the proximity to Cala Grande beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartments were beautifully landscaped with stunning views of the beach and sea from the balcony. The spacious rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was perfect. The pools were lovely, and the location was excellent, with shops, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We enjoyed our romantic escape in this hotel. The breakfast was really tasty and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small and could have been cleaner. The walls were thin, so we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms.

Had a great city break with tasty food, plentiful drinks, and fantastic snacks provided. Location was ideal with lots to do nearby. Also, loved the cleanliness and tidiness of the outside area.

The air conditioning was a bit of a letdown and the beds were too light. Would have preferred if the pool was heated, as it was too cold to swim.

This hotel is perfect for a family holiday. The rooms are basic but clean, with a towel change every day. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The location is ideal, with the beach and shops just a short walk away. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens, adding to the overall atmosphere.

All aspects of this hotel were great and there is nothing that needs improvement.
